1. Platform Role

Obscurion is a user-generated content platform for webnovels. Users are responsible for content they upload, publish, or share.

2. Copyright and Infringement

You may not upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes third-party copyrights or other intellectual property rights. This includes pirated, unauthorized, or stolen works.

3. Reporting and Takedowns

We provide a reporting workflow for copyright and policy violations. If we receive a valid notice or clear evidence of infringement, we may remove or disable access to the content promptly.

4. Repeat Offender Policy

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be suspended or permanently banned. We keep internal moderation records to enforce repeat-offender action.

5. Content Moderation Rights

Obscurion may review, remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform safety rules.
